Returns and Refund Policy
Our highest commitment is your complete satisfaction. If you purchased your product from our online store and, upon receipt, find any manufacturing defect, we guarantee your right to exchange or return the item in accordance with the terms below:

Dissatisfaction with the product: You have up to 7 (seven) calendar days from the delivery date to request a return.

Product with defects: You have up to 30 (thirty) calendar days from the delivery date to report and return a defective product.

Order cancellation: In case of cancellation of the order by Singullier, the payment will be immediately refunded to the customer upon confirmation of the payment.

No changes after dispatch: Once your order has been dispatched, it is no longer possible to make changes such as address alterations or cancellations until it has been delivered.
IMPORTANT: Singullier does not cover return shipping costs unless the product has a relevant manufacturing defect.
When is a refund not applicable?

If the recipient is absent during delivery attempts (three delivery attempts will be made, followed by 7 calendar days of storage at the nearest Royal Mail/Post Office branch).

If the customer refuses to accept the delivery.
Please note: It is the customer's full responsibility to ensure the collection of their order if:
- Three delivery attempts are unsuccessful (the parcel will be held for 7 days at the nearest Royal Mail/Post Office before being returned to sender).
- The parcel cannot be delivered to the shipping address and must be collected in person.
How to proceed with an exchange or return
The first step for an exchange or return is to contact our Customer Service Centre via email:

Return due to dissatisfaction
The product must be returned in its original condition, with no signs of use, and in its original packaging (including the postal packaging and label). Otherwise, we will be unable to process a refund or exchange.
Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return conditions. Upon approval, our Customer Service Team will contact you, and you may choose to:
- Exchange it for any other product available in our stock.
- Receive a refund for the product's value (please note, we do not refund shipping costs if the correct item was delivered in perfect condition).
Warranty
All products sold by Singullier come with a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery.
To activate the warranty, the customer must send us a video (up to 1 minute long) clearly showing the defect. The video must also include the product packaging. Displaying the packaging in the video is a mandatory requirement.
Alternatively, clear photos showing the defect and including the packaging may also be submitted.
